Prices are listed as described and will be discussed with patient if further services are needed. We’re transparent with expenses for services and no surprise billing.
Currently we do not accept insurance although you are welcome to submit your bill to insurance after services are provided.
There will be additional cost for tests, labs, and any necessary home visits. This is taken on a case by case basis.
